Auf dem Nord-Ostsee-Kanal bei km 40,5 kann man in den Gieselau-Kanal abbiegen.<br><br />
Nach kurzer Fahrt kommt die Schleuse in Sicht.<br><br />
Hier vor der Schleuse links und rechts darf man liegen um die Fahrt auf dem Nord-Ostsee-Kanal anderntags fortzusetzen.<br><br />
Sogar Landstrom war an dem Steg zu erkennen.<br><br />
Empfehlung: Gut festmachen mit Vor- und Achterleinen sowie Springs, da auf dem Nord-Ostsee-Kanal vorbeifahrende Schiffe Wasserstandsänderungen bewirken können.<br><br />
Man liegt allerdings sehr einsam. Versorgung gibt es hier nicht.<br />

Der Schleusenmeister beobachtet die Zufahrten und öffnet bereitwillig.<br><br />
